Treat Yourself is right!✨

If you’ve been on the search for clean skincare- no ifs, ands, or buts- then stop what you’re doing.

Non-toxic, non-GMO, and cruelty-free, @treatyourselfinc is a woman-owned small business that prioritizes making natural and gentle products for a truly healthful self-care regimen.

I have been using the Chamomile and Rosehip Dream Cream and Beauty Nectar, and the unscented deodorant for the last few weeks and I am thrilled with them.??‍♀️

The Dream Cream can double as a cleanser and moisturizer- perfect for those of us who love multipurpose products. And when using as a cleanser, you rub it on dry skin and wipe off with a damp washcloth- no award sink splashing here!

After cleansing, you can reuse the Dream Cream as your moisturizer before applying any other products, or move onto the Beauty Nectar, a lovely serum that leaves your skin supple and smooth- I couldn’t stop touching my face after I first used it!??

If you have any eye products or other creams you want to use, layering them over the serum allows for that extra dose of moisture so many of us need, especially as we prepare to head into cold winter months.?

As someone who is very particular about deodorant, I was very pleasantly surprised to find that this one allows no trace of stink- even on these hot summer days! Being unscented, I don’t have to worry about any weird mingling between potential body odors and the product fragrance. I can always tell exactly what it is I am smelling. The ingredients are simple, and if you’re sensitive to baking soda don’t worry- it’s second to last in the ingredients. The only thing that would make this deodorant better is if it was packaged in something other than plastic.??

Between the product quality, brand values, and price point, Treat Yourself’s products are awesome.??
My skin has loved them and they’re so fun to use. While these were #gifted to me, I will definitely be repurchasing them in the future! I’m looking forward to getting to try all of the beautiful items available on their website.✨ Use the code GRACE10 at checkout to receive 10% off any order.

I wear my Prospek blue light glasses whenever I’m using a screen, to block the harmful blue-light waves that can cause damage to eyes and skin. Have you heard of earthing (aka grounding)? It’s a way of connecting with the earth, rebalancing our bodies, and reducing inflammation. You can read my blog post on the topic here, and watch two documentaries about it here, and here. Grounding balances out the electrical charges in our bodies through contact with the earth, but sometimes we can’t get as much outside contact as we’d like. Earthing.com has products available for purchase that allow you to ground your body indoors throughout the day and night, to offer your body the optimal chance to heal and restore its ionic needs and functions.
